Right now: June through August 2026. Fall 2026 is waitlist-only, in inquiry order. Later waitlist also open.
Q.02What does pricing look like?+
Sessions start at $250. Media Days run Premium + Deluxe (12-athlete minimum, scales per athlete after). Sportraits run Basic + Premium + Deluxe and start at $400. Seniors run Basic, Premium, and Deluxe. The full breakdown comes back with the quote after the inquiry call.
Q.03Why are previews watermarked?+
Online preview galleries are watermarked. The watermark exists for one reason: screenshots compress quality, downloads don't. When you download a final image through the gallery, it comes back clean, no watermark, full resolution, print-ready. Applies to every shoot.
Q.04How far in advance should I book?+
Ideal lead time: 3 to 4 weeks for sportraits and seniors, 4 to 8 weeks for media days. Last-minute is fine if my calendar is open.
Q.05Do you travel?+
Southern Tier NY and Northern Tier PA are home base. I travel for shoots. If the trip is outside the normal radius, travel folds into the shoot price.
Q.06Who's the point of contact for a team shoot?+
Whoever books the shoot is the organizer. They own scheduling, the facility, and comms to athletes and parents. For media days they're also the single payer, one invoice, one payment. From there, I show up and run the shoot.
Q.07Do you take retainers?+
Yes. Sportraits and senior sessions hold the date with a retainer (rarely above 25%) and the rest is due on shoot day. For media days, the full payment runs at the time of sign-up. Some seasons I'll do retainers for media days too.
Q.08Do you shoot large team or organization photos?+
Yes, but they're set up differently from a media day. Organizations with 45+ athletes get their own format and timing. Mention it in the inquiry and we'll plan it.
Q.09What happens if it rains?+
Sportraits and seniors: we reschedule. No rush, no rebooking fee. Media days: I hold an indoor facility as a backup for most outdoor teams, even in summer. Rescheduling a media day is a last resort because team and roster conflicts make it hard. If the forecast calls for rain, we move indoors.
