It scales with the size of the gallery, and smaller ones come back faster: individual sessions run 1 to 3 weeks, media days 2 to 4. Watermarked previews come first.

Media days run from $45 per athlete with a 12-athlete minimum, and with split pay nobody fronts money. Team photo days run from $40 per athlete. Individual sessions run four sizes from $300, portraits and sportraits at the same price. Prices are posted, no games.
All over the 607 and 570, the Southern Tier of NY and North Central PA. I'm open to traveling further, and travel folds into the quote past a certain distance.

Portraits hold the date with a 25% retainer for two weeks, balance on shoot day. Media days lock on the call. Details come with your quote.
Portraits reschedule with no rush and no fee. For media days we plan an indoor backup, since rescheduling a full roster is a last resort.

Yes. Recruiting use is included on individual athlete work.
Screenshots compress the photo, downloads don't. So previews stay watermarked until you download them properly. What you get at final delivery is clean, no watermark, full resolution.
Whoever books it is the organizer. They own scheduling, the facility, and comms to the athletes and parents. The organizer gets the full gallery, and I show up and run the shoot.
Yes, that's what a team photo day is built for. Families sign up and pay for their own athlete, so it costs the organization nothing.
