What this site collects
Written so you can read it once and know where your information goes. If a line here is unclear, please let me know and I will rewrite it.
In effect since September 2, 2026
The short version
A.C Media is one person. This site collects what you type into a form, so I can write back to you, and basic analytics, so I can see which pages people actually read.
None of it is sold. None of it goes to an advertising network. There is no account to make here and nobody is assembling a profile on you.
What you hand over
Three places on the site ask you for something.
- The inquiry form
- Your name and email, your phone number if you add one, whatever you write in the message, and the practical details: which kind of shoot, roughly how many athletes, and the window you have in mind.
- The email card
- An email address. Nothing else.
- The testimonial page
- Your name, your words, your email if you add one, and a video if you choose to record one. Video is stored privately and only appears on the site if you agreed to that and I published it.
All of it lands in a database only I can read. I use it to reply to you and to run the shoot. That is the whole purpose, and I do not use it for anything else.
What gets collected while you look around
Even if you never fill anything in, opening a page creates a record. I use a tool called PostHog to see which pages get read and where people give up.
PostHog records the pages you open, what you click, how far you scroll, and it makes a replay of the visit that I can watch back afterwards. Anything you type is masked before it leaves your browser, so if you start the inquiry form and change your mind, I can see that you typed something and not what it said. PostHog also receives your IP address and works out roughly which city you are in.
Replays are deleted after 30 days.
I am spelling this out because a session replay is a recording of a real visit, and that is worth saying in plain words rather than calling it a similar technology and moving on.
Who else can see any of it
Five companies run parts of this site, and each of them sees a slice. They are all in the United States.
- PostHog
- Holds the analytics and the session replays.
- Vercel
- Hosts the site, so it sees every request, including your IP address.
- Supabase
- Stores what you type into the forms, and any testimonial video.
- ImageKit
- Serves the photographs, so it sees your IP address when an image loads.
- Resend
- Sends the email I write back to you.
Each of these handles the information to provide its service to me, under terms that do not let it use the information for its own purposes. None of them is an advertising network. I do not sell your information and I do not trade it.
The fonts on this site are served from this site, so Google is not part of any of this.
What gets stored on your device
One cookie and three small entries in your browser's own storage. None of them holds your name, your email or your phone number.
- ac-worldview
- A cookie holding the letter A or B. It decides which version of one sentence you see on the home page, so the sentence does not change while you read. It expires after a day.
- ac-attribution-v1
- Remembers where you arrived from, for example a search or an Instagram link, so an inquiry is credited to the thing that actually sent you. It disappears when you close the tab.
- ac-email-capture-v1
- Remembers that you closed or joined the email card, so it stops appearing. Thirty days if you closed it, a year if you joined.
- ac-email-capture-arm-v1
- Remembers which version of that card you saw, so it does not change on you.
PostHog itself stores nothing on your device. It is set to keep its identifier in memory only, which means it is gone the moment you close the page.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers and extensions can send a Do Not Track or a Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends either one, analytics and session recording are switched off for your visit and nothing is recorded. You do not have to do anything else, and the site works the same either way.
Tracking across other websites
Nothing on this site follows you to other websites. There are no advertising pixels, no retargeting and no ad network here, so no other party is collecting your activity over time and across different sites through this one.
One thing worth naming. If you arrive from an Instagram or Facebook post, that link carries a tracking tag from Meta in the address bar. The tag comes from their link, not from anything on this page, and it is stripped out before the visit is recorded.
If you are in a photograph here
The photographs on this site are of real people. Most are athletes and many are under 18.
If you are in one and you want it down, email me and it comes down. You do not have to give a reason. A parent or guardian can ask on behalf of anyone under 18, and so can the athlete.
This site is written for parents, coaches and athletic directors. It is not aimed at children, and I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Seeing, correcting or deleting what I have
Email me and ask. I will tell you what I hold, fix anything that is wrong, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no account to log into.
Deleting the analytics side takes a few days, because it gets cleared in batches rather than instantly.
If any of this changes
If I change how the site handles your information, I will update this page and change the date at the bottom. If the change is a significant one, I will say so at the top of this page for at least 30 days before it takes effect.
