The most common question I get is what booking actually takes. This is all of it.

    Thirty minutes on Google Meet. We lock the date, the format, and the plan together.

    Your organizer portal

    Contract and invoice for a media day. For a photo day, just confirm your team list. Nothing to print.

    The Athlete Portal preps your whole roster from their phones.

    I arrive an hour early and run the shoot. Two weeks later, the gallery lands.

The shoot starts before shoot day.

When your team books, every athlete gets one link. They add their info, pick the poses they want in the order they want them, read the day-of guide, and sign the release, from the couch or the back of the bus. By the time an athlete sits down in front of the camera, the shots they came for are already on the screen next to me.

Questions coaches actually ask

Inquiry, a thirty minute call, your organizer portal for the paperwork, then one link to your roster. You show up once.

Indoor backup is part of the plan, since rescheduling a full roster is a last resort.

Ask me anyway. Media days carry a minimum and it is the first thing we sort on the call. From $75 per athlete, 12-athlete minimum.

Two weeks on the gallery. Watermarked previews come first. Print rights for personal use. Recruiting use included on individual athlete work. Clean files (no watermark, full resolution) at final delivery.

Free within 50 miles of Binghamton or Elmira, across the 607 and 570. Past that, travel folds into the quote.

One portal link from their phone: info, poses, guide, release. That is it.
