Team experiences

One day. Your whole team, seen.

I bring the production to your facility and build the shoot around every athlete on the roster. It comes in two formats. Trace the one that fits.

Booking is five steps. Two are a link.

The most common question I get is what booking actually takes. This is all of it.

  1. 01

    Start the inquiry

Sport, roster, timing. About two minutes.

  2. 02

    Hop on a call

Thirty minutes. We lock the date, the format, and the tier together.

  3. 03

    Squared up, your way

Media days lock on the call: one program invoice, or split pay with a 12-athlete lock-in.

  4. 04

    Share one link

The Athlete Portal preps your whole roster from their phones, and carries each family's share when split pay is on.

  5. 05

    Show up

I arrive an hour early and run the shoot. The gallery lands on your tier's turnaround.

Per athlete

What a team day costs.

Every number is finished images per athlete. Nothing on the day costs extra, so there is nothing to be upsold on the day, ever.

The anchorturnaround · 2 weeks
The Unlimited$125per athlete

Unlimited poses within the window we set together at booking. A.C Media never caps them. The only limits are the window and your team's own prep.

  • A guaranteed floor of 20 or more finished images per athlete, counting every finish: full frame, tight crop, black and white
  • 1 standard pose to warm up, then the day runs on your team's list
  • Group poses and the team photo
  • Smoke and water standard
  • Come with a list. The more your team brings to the Athlete Portal, the more the day gives back.

Every team day

The shoot starts before shoot day.

When your team books, every athlete gets one link. They add their info, pick the poses they want in the order they want them, read the day-of guide, and sign the release, from the couch or the back of the bus. By the time an athlete sits down in front of the camera, the shots they came for are already on the screen next to me.

  • They walk in ready. No guessing what to wear or bring.
  • They chose their shots. Camera minutes go to shooting, not deciding.
  • The line keeps moving. No one stands around waiting.
  • Nothing for you to chase. Releases and shares live in the link.

How it goes

The whole thing, in five frames.

  1. Binghamton University softball media day photo, Binghamton NY01

    It gets booked

Each family pays its own share directly. Nobody fronts money, nobody collects.
  2. Elmira Gymnastics Club dance media day photo, Elmira NY02

    They pick their poses

Before the day, from examples. Not rules.
  3. Binghamton University women's soccer media day photo, Binghamton NY03

    It starts slow

Nobody walks in knowing exactly what to do. That's normal.
  4. Binghamton University men's soccer media day photo, Binghamton NY04

    Then it opens up

The longer it goes, the more comfortable they get. The photos show it.

Print rights included. No order form, nothing extra to buy after.

In their words

Regan T., Bing Kickline · Dance Media Day

A.C Media is one of the best photographers I've ever worked with. He takes time to make sure everyone is comfortable in front of the camera, as well as gives pose suggestions. It is clear he does his research before his sessions. Hands down some of the best media day pics I have seen.

It was so laid back and so different from any dance shoot I have ever done.

Questions coaches actually ask

How does booking actually work?
Inquiry, a thirty minute call, your organizer portal for the paperwork, then one link to your roster. You show up once.
How does split pay work?
Two ways to pay: one program invoice, or split pay. With split pay each family covers its own athlete, nobody fronts money or collects it, the date locks at 12 athletes, and if it never fills nobody owes anything. The share is the same no matter how many families join.
My roster is smaller than 12
Welcome. Media days carry a 12-athlete minimum, so a shorter roster books at the 12-athlete rate on one invoice. The Three at the minimum is $540 for the day.
What if it rains?
Indoor backup is part of the plan, since rescheduling a full roster is a last resort.
How fast do photos come back?
Media days: 2 weeks on The Five and The Unlimited, 4 weeks on The Three. Watermarked previews come first. Photo days: Most galleries are back in 3 to 4 weeks, depending on roster size.
What do my athletes need to do?
One portal link from their phone: info, poses, guide, release. That is it.

Let's make a photo shoot worth remembering.
